Environmental Treatment Coatings
Leveraging the power of nanotechnology, AtlasIED’s all new patented environmental coating protects speakers for long-term reliability. The first technology protects against water intrusion and the second technology against dust buildup. Both environmental factors are main contributors to speaker failure.
Hyfidrophobic™ Treatment
AtlasIED’s HYFIDROPHOBIC™ environmental coating protects speakers from water damage in high-humidity and moisture prone environments. Using the power ofnanotechnology, the coated surface completely repels humidity and liquids. Any liquid simply rolls off without touching the underlying surface. It prevents water from penetrating speaker cones, even paper, allowing any type of speaker to be used outdoors or in high humidity environments.
