MTX Audio Seeks Car Audio Tech Support Specialist

Mitek Corporation is a family owned and operated parent company to brands including MTX Audio, Xtant, Coustic and AtlasIED.  We are seeking an experienced and energetic tech support specialist with a passion for audio to support our mobile, motorsports, and residential divisions.  Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills, thrive at problem solving and have a customer focused mentality.  Candidates must also be self-motivated, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a constantly changing environment with a diverse group of customers.

Minimum 2 years 12v/Car Audio Installation experience is required along with a record of positive customer service.

Facility Manager

The Facility Manager performs work of considerable difficulty in directing, supervising and coordinating the production and operational activities within the facility. This is a management level position supervising and coordinating the daily activities which include technical guidance to subordinate supervisors and semi-skilled workers. There will be involvement in personnel policy decisions and responsibility for the facility’s adherence to Human Resources guidelines.   This position oversees all services and maintenance assuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment utilized for production activities. The Facility Manager will assist in determining the actual needs for material and equipment, making necessary contacts to various vendors in order to inquire about information as to availability, prices, and delivery. The Facility Manager will be required to make daily inspections to ensure a smooth and effective operation, and the development and implementation of activities aimed at Continuous Improvement in the facility.  

Sheet Metal Supervisor

Responsible for the staff and equipment located in all sheet metal fabrication areas. The Supervisor attends daily production planning meetings and moves people to assignments which will fulfill production needs, communicates daily with Maintenance to ensure high levels of equipment up time, performs formal and informal quality audits of processes and procedures; instills a zero defect mindset with the operators, and ensures procedures are in-line with current ISO documentation. The Supervisor creates a working environment that encourages continuous improvement ideas and implements change with Manufacturing and Engineering.
