The Eastern Regional Sales Manager - Trainee (Global Installed Systems) will be responsible for all aspects of outside system sales and design support for the assigned territory. The Regional Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for working closely with the three decision making entities in the region that will determine successful outcomes for the company; (a) the end users, (b) the system specifiers and (c) the factory certified system integrators. This position will direct the actual distribution or movement of products and services to the certified integrators, and dealers and monitor the process through to the end users. This position is also responsible for sales distribution strategy in the region by establishing sales territories, quotas, goals and establishing training programs for certified integrators and dealers, factory representatives, system specifiers and end users.
This position will require an intensive training program which could last as long as 2 years. In that time, the candidate will learn the many aspects of the AtlasIED Large Venue & Transportation Business by (a) providing sales support to the Director and the Global Sales Department, (b) providing sales and communications support (c) immersing themselves in all technical aspects of the AtlasIED systems.
Collaborate with the Customer or Product Management team, Engineering Development resources, Sourcing, Manufacturing operations, Quality, and Executive Management team to manage all phases of the Stage Gate development from new product proposals to mass production.
