Acoustical Engineer



The Acoustical Engineer position is responsible for designing transducer, enclosure and loudspeaker/ microphone products from beginning-concept into the final market place. They work closely with other company team members such as Industrial Designers, Electronic Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Process Engineers, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Planning all the way through product realization. They provide written specifications for sales and marketing distribution as well as initial instructions and diagrams for customer use. They perform a wide variety of tasks to support the research and development department including regular product trouble-shooting, investigation and manufacturing support.

Manufacturing Manager


The Manufacturing Manager performs work of considerable difficulty in directing, supervising and coordinating the manufacturing activities within the facility. There will be involvement in personnel policy decisions and responsibility for the facility’s adherence to Human Resources guidelines. The Manufacturing Manager will assist in determining the actual needs for material and equipment and make necessary contacts to various vendors to inquire about availability, prices and delivery. The Manufacturing Manager will be required to make daily inspections to ensure a smooth and effective operation, and the development and implementation of activities aimed at Continuous Improvement in the facility. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing performance and efficiency goals are met and that appropriate workflows and assembly methods are used.

Manufacturing Test Engineer


The Manufacturing Test Engineer is responsible for keeping the Test workstations operational to meet manufacturing schedules including all related software and hardware. Works in close collaboration with Product Design Engineering for development and fabrication of test fixtures for PC Board and final level testing. Implementation of test procedures that ensure quality in accordance with ISO guidelines.

Firmware Engineer II


The Firmware Engineer II will be responsible for a critical aspect of our product's core functionality. This role will lead the efforts for developing efficient embedded firmware for microprocessors and/or DSPs.
