Variety of Mass Communication, Safety, and Audio Solutions Highlighted at ISE 2020
Phoenix, AZ – AtlasIED, a global electronics manufacturer providing comprehensive audio, mass communication, and security solutions for industries including transportation, corporate, education, and healthcare, highlights several innovative systems and products at ISE 2020. Featured are innovative updates to AtlasIED’s award-winning IPX Series of IP Endpoints, its well-rounded GLOBALCOM® 5400 Series, as well as its new IED570 Digital Communication Station with High-Definition Touchscreen, Strategically Hidden Speakers (SHS), ALA line of speakers, and Z Series All-in-One Sound Masking Solutions.
New Features for IPX Series of IP Endpoints
A proven solution for mass communication, AtlasIED’s IPX Series of IP Endpoints, has been upgraded recently with innovative new features and capabilities. The updates, which AtlasIED debuts at ISE 2020 at Stand #7-N190, offer additional benefits to any facility that needs an effective, efficient means of providing audible and visual notifications, general paging, and emergency alerts.
Some of the key new features include the ability to modify the colors of the IP Endpoint flasher, as well as the text and background colors on its LCD screen. These updates provide clearly identifiable visual cues to the priority of the message, differentiating a general notification from an emergency notification, for example. Additionally, the brightness of the LCD screen can be adjusted for enhanced viewing, and improvements to the Acoustic Echo Canceller (AEC) provide greater intelligibility of SIP and intercom calls.
GLOBALCOM®.IP
Ideally suited for use in transportation facilities, AtlasIED’s GLOBALCOM® 5400 Series, was designed and engineered from the ground up to meet the rigorous demands for mass notification and emergency communications set forth by the European fire and safety agencies (EN 54-16), as well as UL-1711 (UL2572 and NFPA72) standards for life safety signaling and paging system. While the 5400 Series is a key element for notification during emergency situations, it also excels as a day-to-day communication and paging solution required by the most demanding environments.
IED570 Digital Communication Station
Revolutionizing flight announcement systems in airports around the world, AtlasIED’s new IED570C-H (Cobranet®) and 570D-H (Dante™) touch screen mic station allow the global airport community to update their legacy button mic station to the newest, intuitive, high-definition touch screen. Fully programmable via the touch screen, the IED570 mic station, eliminates the need for airline personnel to use physical buttons to unlock codes to start the boarding sequence. Each sequence can be pre-programmed to begin automatically, and gate personnel can see a preview of the boarding process on the screen.
Strategically Hidden Speaker (SHS)
Designed for inconspicuous installation in a wide variety of environments, AtlasIED’s award-winning SHS Series, Strategically Hidden Speaker is a first-of-its-kind ceiling speaker blends into the aesthetic of any ceiling while retaining optimal sound performance. Exotically different and perfectly disguised, the AtlasIED SHS Series, is ideal for applications like background music, paging/notification, sound masking, and is easy to install in venues and facilities where technology should remain discreet.
ALA Speakers
Providing a stellar audio solution for environments with challenging acoustic characteristics, AtlasIED’s ALA line of space-saving, passive column line array loudspeakers deliver maximum pattern control in a minimum footprint. The ALA Series loudspeakers, excel in applications that require exceptional speech intelligibility and without compromising the architectural integrity of the facility.
Z Series All-in-One Sound Masking Solutions
Designed to provide high-quality speech privacy to healthcare facilities and sound masking features for greater productivity and workspace comfort in corporate environments, AtlasIED’s Z Series, consists of either a four-zone (Z4) or two-zone (Z2) high-definition acoustical system and includes integrated pink and white noise generators for sound masking, plus a mic-line input for paging/background music and a Bluetooth receiver for wireless music transmission.
