AtlasIED Wins MONDO-DR Award for Newark Airport Terminal A Installation

Phoenix, AZ – June 26, 2025 - AtlasIED is honored to announce that, in partnership with MKJ Communications, we have received a MONDO-DR Award for the Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal A installation in the Transport and Built Environment category. This category recognizes project excellence in transport hubs and public spaces.

Now in its eighth year, the MONDO-DR Awards celebrate excellence in fixed installation projects across the entertainment and built environments worldwide. This glamorous award ceremony annually welcomes over 300 industry professionals, making this recognition a testament to the impact and innovation of the Terminal A installation.

Newark’s brand-new, one-million-square-foot Terminal A represents a transformative investment in U.S. transportation infrastructure. To meet the complex demands of a bustling international hub, AtlasIED’s GLOBALCOM® communications platform was specified—including over 2,300 loudspeakers and 120 Dante-enabled paging stations—to deliver clear, consistent, and adaptive audio across the terminal.
