Warranty Statement

AtlasIED IP Endpoint products are warranted to the original dealer/installer, industrial or commercial purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to be in compliance with our published specifications, if any, for a term of 1 year. Once AtlasIED support team determines the issue is electronic, we will ship replacement IP Endpoint. If troubleshooting is not done and we receive the IP Endpoint back and determine there is no issue, we will charge full MSRP directly to the customer. For multiple year coverage, please order multiple skus.
